elaby & Dorison is an independent law firm, specialized in tax and estate law. It deals with French as well as international matters, provides advice in all aspects of transactions as well as dispute resolution, and for all tax and estate issues, in a personal as well as in a professional context.

Sophie Dorison

dorison_webSOPHIE DORISON is specialized in estate management advice and individual tax assistance. She notably practiced with Andersen Legal, Landwell & Associés (Tax firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and STC Partners. In 2007, she joined KBL Richelieu Banque Privée, then in 2009 the law firm Mayer Brown, prior to becoming a Partner of the Estate and Individual Tax department of Fidal in 2011. Sophie holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law, a degree issued by the Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires (DJCE) and a Certificate in Tax.

Emmanuel Delaby

emmanuelEMMANUEL DELABY is specialized in corporate tax. He deals with the structuring of acquisitions and transfers, tax management, improvement of the effective tax rate and restructurings. He began his career in the Corporate tax department of the law firm Andersen Legal, before joining Landwell & Associés (Tax firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in 2002. Lawyer at STC Partners since 2005 (Tax firm of KPMG since 2011), he became Partner of the Corporate tax department in 2009. He holds degrees issued by HEC and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and a master’s degree in Private law.

Romain Hantz

ROMAIN HANTZ, partner, specializes in corporate and individual tax in the context of M&A and corporate transaction (LBOs, restructuring, reorganization of corporate groups held by individual founders). He also advises corporate group for their day-to-day tax affairs and executives for their estate and tax matters. Romain is also involved on tax pre litigations and litigations (corporate and individual tax). Romain holds a Master in tax law from University Lyon III and joined Delaby & Dorison tax firm upon its creation.

Florian Tumoine

FLORIAN TUMOINE, partner, focuses on transaction tax (M&A, LBO, corporate and debt restructuring, management package). His assistance includes due diligence and tax structuring, with a strong expertise in tax modelling private equity transactions. In addition, Florian advises companies on their day-to-day tax affairs, and in the course of tax audits and tax litigations. Florian also assists entrepreneurs and/or family groups on the reorganization of their professional assets and the transmission of their businesses. Florian joined Delaby & Dorison tax firm in 2016, after starting his career in the US and following a 2-year experience in the Simmons & Simmons Paris office. Member of Paris bar as from 2014, Florian receives a Master degree in corporate tax law (2010) and a Master Degree in accounting and audit (2009) from University Paris IX Dauphine. He is member of the IACF.
