She advises on corporate tax.
Before joining Delaby Dorison Avocats, Sophie was trainee in the tax department of Thales and Total. She was also a trainee at Fidal, Gide Loyrette Nouel, STC Partners and UGGC tax firms.
CLÉMENT MARTIN performed a dual track in law and political science at Université Jean-Moulin Lyon 3. He holds a Master degree in Tax law and a university degree in american law. Furthermore, he performed a Master of Laws (LL.M. degree) in international business law in Cambridge (UK).
He advises clients regarding their corporate tax matters.
Before joining Delaby Dorison Avocats, Clément was trainee in the tax department of RATP.
BRUNO DIAS studied business law at the University Jean-Moulin Lyon 3. He holds a Master degree in Tax law from the University Nice Sophia Antipolis.
Before joining Delaby Dorison Avocats, Bruno was a trainee in the French Tax Administration of the Alpes-Maritimes, in the tax control division.
GUILLAUME LACOMBE studied Business law and Tax lax at the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne, and holds a Master 2 obtained in partnership with HEC.
Before joining Delaby Dorison Avocats, Guillaume was an intern at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, Volt Associés and Tirard Naudin, as well as in the tax department of Dassault Systèmes. Guillaume is also a teacher in business tax law at the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne.
MARINE LE GARREC holds a Master 2 in Business law from Université de Rennes.
Before joining Delaby Dorison Avocats, Marine was an intern at Fidal, as well as in the tax department of Sodexo.
